Now made with titanium instead of 301 stainless steel, it's 5x stronger with 3x the wear life, ensuring longevity and resilience.
Improved Cold End Design
With threads positioned outside the melt zone, this design eliminates leaking issues. The cold end also has 2x more fin area, dropping temperatures by 10°C and reducing the chances of cold-end jamming.
Nickel-Plated Copper Hot End
Made from nickel-plated copper for enhanced heat transmission without affecting wear life, providing a 15% boost in melt flow for more efficient printing.
Upgraded Heraeus PT1000 Class B Sensor

The stock print head has been working great for me, but I purchased this new part because I think Pantheon does a good job designing hardware and I wanted to see it. I am making a lot of these ignition wire baffle seals for the experimental aircraft community on the HS3. You may have one of these passing over your head one day. :) These are 6.35mm diameter, 30 degrees.
