We use Carbon Fiber Co-Polyester (PETG) for prototyping a variety of components in our business with a couple of different machine as well as my favorite Pantheon HS3. I frequently re-spool smaller reels with Pantheons filaments.
Happy with the results for use in a curing jig. The printed flextures are uniformly stiff. Currently winning the bake off with an X1C, Bambu needs better profiles, layer adhesion is much better on the HS3.
CF PETG is a great all round material for our fabrication needs. It’s got a great surface finish and is workable enough to be post-processed by hand or machine. Small parts are done before coffee break is over!
Prints great every time!
Affordable and good for regular objects.
